Hello, from a very cold Cleveland, Ohio. I'd like to introduce myself and express how happy I am to have found such a neat community full of people willing to educate and help one another.

I'm re-entering real estate after taking a break for about 3 years. I previously owned a few rentals for about 10 years (single families and one multifamily) and flipped one property. My goal is to build a portfolio of residential rentals and also to flip a few houses each year.

I am a small business underwriter by trade.

Welcome back to real estate! My immediate family lives in University Heights.  I've looked into investing there a little.  Best of luck!
