Beginner looking for guidance.

Hello all, 

I'm 18 years old and have been unable to get a job for almost two years now. I have been looking at real estate and doing a lot of research on it. I am willing to take this very seriously. I would like to start fixing and flipping houses but I haven't found anyone who's doing this without any start up capital in the UK, if anyone could help me at all it would be much appreciated as I don't know where to start.
