Hi I'm a newbie but i know some stuff and learning daily i live in austin.

Im looking to start wholesaling houses have a a couple of great investors for the austin area if anyone has any properties they want to flip off fast let  me know.

I prefer properties that are not on the  mls and fsbo so i caN TALK TO THE SELLER DIRECT
