Hi Everyone I'm new to this. I'm experienced in knowing value. Finding trends and minimizing construction costs. Currently renovate commercial apartment building 6-10 plex units. Has bought and held condos not anymore. Renovate houses and build additions. Looking to take things to the next level to build renovate 100 unit building rentals and plazas. However i require a pool of capital. What are simple ways to build a network of investors on these types of project to help fund the portfolio.
