Hi my name is Susan Raica. My husband and I recently decided to embark on a journey to flip homes, improve communities and start putting money back in to our pockets after the market crash. We are excited to learn all their is to know about this venture and to find interested cash investors who want to make money while we do the work. This year we intent to start our house flipping business by March 2016. It is truly important to learn all we need to know to develop a competitive edge in this market. We look forward to learning from like minded individuals on this site and others. I think it is truly exciting that people can both make money and improve communities at the same time.

Sincerely,

Sue
