New RE Investors in Miami Florida! Any advice is appreciated!

Hi BP!!  

My husband and I have decided that 2016 is the year to hit the ground running with our RE Investing.  We have been doing long term, live in, flips and have been very successful.  We are now looking to get more aggressive and are ready and motivated!    

Any LOCAL recommendations /advice is welcomed with regards to lending, hard money, investor friendly local banks, finding REO deals, investor friendly agents or anything you may think could be useful for us newbies!
