Hell everyone! I'm excited to join this community full of like minded investors.  I currently work in and around the Kansas City, MO area doing flips with partner investors and finding rental properties for investors looking for a specific return on their investment.  I have been a Broker since 2007 and have worked with small investors and investment companies to being the Broker at a large hedge fund.  I have started flipping with partner investors in the last year and have sold 2 properties and have 1 currently on the market.  I also assist investors with designing their flips or rentals to maximize the return with either a higher sales price or a higher rental amount.  I look forward to connecting with other members on the site!
