Hey there everyone. I'm an 18 year old electrician (2nd year) who just moved out not long ago. I'm hoping to buy my first house next summer - fall, and rent out rooms to pay for the mortgage. The idea is to buy rentals and make a copious amount of cash in doing so, beside my electrical career. Until then I'll just be saving as much as I can and reading a whole lot so I can make a good choice when the time comes.

Welcome @Chris Spacil! So many resources on the blogs, forums and podcasts here. I find every time I have a question there's usually an answer here, or for canadian markets you can search part of the REIN Canada forums too, even if you're not a member.

Good luck!
