Hello,

I'm new to the investing side of real estate and look forward to gaining more knowledge and networks in the business before I retire from the Navy in a few years.  I'm a previous landlord of 4 homes but now interested in teaming up to rehab/flip homes in win-win deals.  To make this process more efficient I'm in process of attaining my real estate agent license in the state of Texas.
