I am new to the Real Estate Market - I am eager to learn all that's available on the subject of Wholesaling.  My plan is to take 2016 to master the fundamentals of Wholesaling.  I will consume books and surround myself with seasoned Wholesaling pros so as to go into the field with confidence and move properties from one individual to the next. 

My background: I owned and managed a successful Residential Paint company for 5 years - I did my own marketing, estimating, and selling.  I was a top Salesman for Granite Transformaions; a National Kitchen and Bath Remodeler. So I have been in the Home Improvement Market for 15 years. 

I want to combine my Sales skills and my newly evolving Real Estate knowledge to land 6 wholesales within my first 9 to 12 months.  I am open to proven wisdom and professional advice if you wish to encourage my growth.
