Investor in Phoenix ARea

Hello,

I'm a new investor living in the Phoenix area.  I have owned single family real estate in the past, but I'm looking to get into the multifamily market.  I'm beginning the process of meeting with brokers, property managers, real estate lawyers, etc in an effort to purchase a property within the next year.  Ideally, I would like a value-add option on a multifamily unit between 8 and 20 units.  Open to all advice and leads.

Thanks,

Jared
