New Member in NC - Triad Area

Hi Everyone, 

I just want to take the time to introduce myself. I'm new to the real estate investments business and have decided to take the plunge. My grandfather was a SFR buy and holder and I want to walk in his footsteps.

I currently live in Germany, but am in the process of relocating to High Point, NC to flip houses with my father in Greensboro, Thomasville, High Point and Winston Salem. He is a general contractor with experience in HVAC and will be our project manager once we get started. 

I'm really excited about having found this website and have already read one of the e-books. I'm looking forward to meeting others out there who can show me the ropes or steer me in the right direction.
