Hello BiggerPockets from Hagerstown MD

I've been referred to BiggerPockets on three separate occasions by 3 completely different sources so I thought I should check out what is going on here. 

My current experience is limited to a few houses I hacked in FL.  I now split my time in MD, and decided that the best way for me to reach my financial goals and still have time to visit my family in FL is through real estate investing. 

I've been trying to wholesale, and have found it to be more challenging than it is made sound.  I don't think I'll ever give up on trying to wholesale, but I have decided I need to open up to other possibilities, i.e., rehabs and rentals. I'm here to see what BiggerPockets has to offer, learn, make some fanatic contacts and become successful.
