New member from South Florida

Hello All,

I'm a new Real Estate investor residing in South Florida. My interests are Fix and Flips, rental properties, both single family homes and multifamily. My Real estate experience is limited a this time, however with time and some good advice from other members and mentors I will gain the require expertise and share with others what I learn.
