@Shawn East I'm ready just as soon as you send me a deal in Katy! ;)

I'm looking for 200k all in with renovation, ideally 40k or less for renovation. Anything within a 30-minute drive from the Loves station at Pederson @ 1-10 (612 Pederson Rd., I-10 Exit 737, Katy, TX 77494)
