Advice please!!!!!
Hello all BP people!! It's great to be on here. Look forward to all the advice and stories i hear and tell. We are from Edmonton and we have a mortgage free home. So I feel now is the time to take it to the next level. What would be the best way to use all that equity from our main home? A and then the most obvious question? Is it ideal to take the plunge with the oil crisis happening in Alberta? Thank you BP for this. Much appreciate it.

I would get a home equity line of credit.
I wouldn't be worried about the oil crisis in Alberta as long as you are getting into the market at the right price. Keep in mind a lot of people are worried about this so it's a buyer's market out there and a lot of people are strapped in this market looking to get rid of properties fast and quick because they can't afford the carrying costs.
