Hello BP!

I have been searching the site and checking things out. It is great and is really going to help funnel my future with REI. Wanted to pop on here and say hey! With the situation I am currently in I cannot really afford to invest into the properties I would like to however I would be incredibly grateful if I could have a mentor nearby (Denver Metro Area) to reach out to and to begin to learn first hand the REI opportunities available.

I currently work a full time job and going through part time school. While my time is limited I will strive to achieve pushing myself forward to achieve my REI goals. These goals include owning enough rental property to sustain a specific goal of passive income as well as seeing the flipping side of things and learning more in general about all types of REI and properties out there.
