Hello All,

I am a licensed agent in Texas and I have purchased close to 100 single family homes in the DFW area working with hedge funds. I have become an expert at negotiating price, verifying rehab bids, and analyzing rent/resale comps. Nevertheless, I am new to investing for myself and it is scary! There are so many pitfalls but I am not deterred. I hope to learn a great deal from you all and I promise to return the courtesy someday soon.

Best,

Tony L. Adams
