Hello all,

Ive been on BP for about a year, but am currently in the research phase and have not done a ton of posting.  i am interested primarily in buy and hold residential properties and my goal is to purchase my first property by the end of this year, hopefully sooner.

I look forward to getting to know everyone and everybody i can as i prepare to take the plunge into this awesome industry!  I will also chip in where i can.
