Investing in rentals in AZ

Hi all...I'm excited to have this group to learn and share with. My name is Inger. I started renting homes when my parents passed in 2013... I rented out their home and had wonderful luck. But not a great ROI. With the fall of the stock market, my husband and I decided to try investing in some other rentals. We recently purchased a home in Chino Valley and are looking to rent it. We might possibly purchase a third rental. Look forward to joining you all, learning lots, and sharing any insights we gain. Thanks!
