Introducing Myself / Looking Into airbnb.com Property

Greetings all.  New to this site & community.  My wife and I are in the due diligence phase of buying our first investment property.  I stumbled on this site and have found the tools and forums very helpful!

Our goal is to acquire a mountain vacation property that we can lease using short using airbnb.com.  We've identified a location that we like that allows airbnb.com and where we can breakeven renting out at the lowest end of the market with 33% occupancy.

Any input on short term rental (vacation properties, airbnb.com, etc...) are welcome.
