HI

I am looking for ways to raise capital for my new real estate business. It is my goal to buy a rental property as well as flip a house. I'm thinking that wholesaling would be a great start for generating capital.

I have no experience in wholesaling and I am looking for a or an experienced wholesaler in Richmond,VA that is willing to share the knowledge and steps.
