New Landlord in Texas lives in California
Hi All,
I am new to home ownership. I have purchased a house in Texas but i reside in California. This is my first ever house purchase and is meant as a rental house only.
I have a prospective tenant who is willing to take responsibility for Trampoline and replace the grass after they leave.
Do you recommend allowing trampoline in the backyard? My dwelling policy obviously does not protect me.
If i want to allow trampoline, what are my options? Any experience if you can share that would be very valuable.
