Hello to all!

I have been reading a lot of useful information on these forum and decided to create a profile. I would like to participate in some conversations and get advice for some of the more experienced investors. I live in Orange County, CA so I know it will be a challenge! Looking to get in to wholesaling, flips, and probates.
