Just joining this forum and so far its been a great source of information. I do hope that on here we all can help each other stay succesful or become succesful. I am in LOS ANGELES and basically have been dipping my hands into all the different avenues of Real Estate. I am still learning the tricks to buying forclosures so I would appreciate the advice from anyone. I do have the loan side down pretty well and have a succesful career in the mortgage industry.
