I am a full-time insurance agent who is getting back into part-time real estate investing after a 10 year hiatus. Three years ago I moved into and began renovating a SFR that I purchased and have rented out since 2006. I am also in the final stage of a small land development project. This year, my we are looking to rehab our first property and possibly pick up a few rentals, as well as begin another development project. Looking forward to networking with fellow investors in the area!
