I’m a UK based investor (primarily buy and hold) looking for opportunities in the US.

In particular with the upcoming tax changes in the UK (you can no longer use mortgage interest as an allowable expense), I’m looking to the US.

I’m interested in financing possibilities and getting an idea of decent areas to invest and available yields.

Typically I’m looking for family homes in good locations.

Sam
