We are investors in South Florida. We buy, fix, sell and rent properties and we help investors find deals under market value as well. We created a portfolio in 5 years of 14 properties, we have flipped over 40 properties in our market and helped investors acquire at least 400 different investment properties in our 5 years in the business. Everything has been in South Florida and the most amazing part is that we started with absolute no cash, credit or experience. We stuck to ONE and only ONE strategy that got us to be financially free before the age of 30. It hasn’t been easy but it is simple and well worth it and we know you can do it too!
