HI All,

I'm new to this website. I've been wanting to invest in real estate for several years now but have not worked up enough courage to jump. Currently working for a medium-large California based property management company, a licenses real estate agent and hold an ARM certification with IREM. I skimmed through the website and found very helpful topics. Hoping to take as much information from this awesome website and hopefully work up the courage to jump.
