I'm super excited to find this site.  I am a firm believer in paying it forward and being as helpful as possible.  I found this site when I was researching some "Guru selling coaching" that had several bad reviews and someone from this community stated that this was the place to learn about investing without shelling out $10K.  I'm excited to be part of the community!  Please reach out to me if you have any questions at all about the Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond market.  Our economy is thriving here and I expect another couple years of good growth for the next couple years.
