Hi, my name is Jammie. I'm a young guy(23), I've recently taken a interest in real estate and look forward in learning to invest. I have a question; I have little income 5000 dollars or so at the moment and would like to buy a 70,000 to 100,000 property. Is it possible and would I need a job to do so?
