Hey guys!  My name is Cesar.  I do not have any real estate experience.  I am very new to BP, but already ordered two books to help add value to my education.  Extremely excited to connect with other members on the BP forum, and absorb as much knowledge as possible.  I know of two REIAs in this area (CAZA, and Traction), however, if you know of any others and would not mind sharing, please let me know!  Thank you very much in advance.  I am looking forward to sharing in these forums.
