Hi, How are you guys doing!

I am new to this whole Real Estate Investing thing. I am also super excited I have found Bigger Pockets.

I'll share a little bit of my background. I am from Peru (Yes, this means I was born in Peru and not that I was born here and that my parents are from Peru,, :) ) and came to the states 5 years ago. My dad is an Electrician who is working on getting his license and being a contractor! He works full time also as a technician. Anyhow, I kind of got pulled into the construction business because of my dad. He, for being in this business and me, for being very shy and didn't want to disappoint him. Lol.. A few years later, I discovered this subject I love very much, Personal Development. I started to discover new things in me, and that wealth, being one of my goals, was not impossible to achieve. That's where I decided to go for Real Estate!!

I love the idea that I can be doing something that interests me a lot and achieve this goal of mine, financial freedom!

I want to say I am honored to be here, among people who are already successful in this field. Despite the fact they are busy, they still keep this humble heart and make the time to give back to the new guys who are just starting out, like me.

Thank you very much!

By the way, my apologies if you find my English not good enough. lol
