Introducing myself

I help manage a body shop in Elmsford, NY. My boss has multiple rental homes that he bought, fixed up and has a steady income from. I would like to invest my money in time in homes that need fixing not only because they are usually cheaper, but because I enjoy the work. I enjoy creating and restoring things and helps to keep my mind working. I am 24 years old and will take any feed back from anyone wether positive or negative. I do not have the knowledge most do on this site and I want to thank everybody in advance for taking the time to respond to my questions or thoughts. Thank you and I am looking forward to gaining knowledge from all of you.
