Finding flips and rentals

Hi everyone... My name is Tonya... My husband and I have successfully completed one flip and have made the commitment to start our own business making Real Estate Investing my #1 priority.... The goal is to get my husband to retirement as soon as possible so he can join me Full Time in this adventure..

We live in Saline County, Arkansas.... For the time being we would like to concentrate our efforts in the general area...

Our short term goal is to purchase 6 units in 2016.... Single Family and or duplex or triplex... And holding 2 - 3 of these as rentals...

We can pay cash.

I (we) are looking to grow our network...

I am extremely interested in meeting and hopefully working with a Wholesaler in our area.  

 Also, I Welcome any advice and pointers.

We are hard working, honest people... We have made a pledge to always hold one another accountable when rehabing a house... We will always do what is Right...

We are looking to work with people who also feel this way.

@Douglas Skipworth thanks for the mention. One of my goals 2016 is to interact more on BP...you are helping me get off to a good start!

@Tonya Booher it's great to read your comments on how you conduct your business. I share the same philosophy!  A book I recommend is J.Scott's book "The Book on Flipping Houses". It's a great read with tons of helpful information. I learn something new with each project but his book has definitely served as a guide along the way.
