Hi, everyone.  I'm gearing up to buy my first multi-family property.  Sifting through the mountains of information offered by the likes of BP, trying to make heads or tails of the incongruous data on sites like foreclosures.com, putting together my property screener, etc.  The goals are to diversify my existing investments, build equity, and eventually have positive cash flow (for now I'm happy to break even while building the equity).

Let me know if you're in the area and want to compare notes (and by that I probably mean "educate me" ; >) over coffee.

Thanks,

Chaz
