I am a tile contractor in So. Maine. We are looking to increase our portfolio in 2016. We are poised to purchase an adjoining property to our current commercial property this spring when the current owner is ready to sell. Also doing my do diligence on a two unit with 32 acres for a possible duplex/ triplex subdivision.
