Buy, Move and Rent

Hi Everyone,

Real Estate became interesting to me when I had to move and didn't want to sell my house.  I was in a fortunate circumstance that allowed me to rent the property for much more per month than what I owed (Positive Cash Flow).  It's amazing that you can get other people to pay your mortgage and generate income.  So I keep moving (the USAF makes me move) and I buy and rent out when I leave.  My strategy, since I can't really choose the location, is to buy a lower end house in a nice neighborhood.  I aim to get my mortgage at half of what I could rent it for.

Brian
