So.....

I'm picking myself up by the bootstraps and changing strategies for a more online focus as a residential realtor also seeking to get into real estate investing.

Hi all! My name is Michael and I earned my license in April of 2015. After starting in real estate with a team focusing on sphere of influence calls and open houses, I can say that I have gone through the Uninformed Optimism phase of entrepreneurship, through the Informed Pessimistic phase, ignored the "I'm gonna quit" door, finally arriving at the "I need to change my strategy phase". So here I am.

I want to be an active participant in a great community.
