Hey you guys been following BP now for a couple months, never posted anything listen to the game podcast regularly. Very interested in being able to take control of my finances in the future, and I'm sure there are 100s of how to get started but I'm sure there are few in my position. So I want to tell you my story, and hopefully I'll get some feedback. 1. Name is Brad, grew up outside of Austin, Tx in a very small town. 2. Have a couple years of college experience, taking classes right now aswell. 3. Biggest thing is I'm currently in the military and just starting out. 4. I've looked into out of state investing with having a property manager and was wondering what places would you all suggest, I've read warren Michigan and Vegas because they are still trying to kickback after the economy collapse. But was wondering what yalls honest opinions are. Anywho don't want to make it longer than it should, any feedback would be nice! Thank you all
