I invest in single family and multi-family residential real estate. I have always managed my own real estate portfolio; I also have my Broker's license and I manage rental properties for others.

I have been investing & trading stocks for over 10 years. I have also been investing & trading options for several years.

I am intellectually curious and I read over 50 books per year. I am particularly interested in economics.

Why am I here?  I like helping people.
