Slightly Experience Investor in OKC

Name is Chris Rogers and I have been buying then leasing property here in Oklahoma for about 5 years with my Father. This is a part time gig for me as I still have a day job. We have a total of 4 1600-2200 sqft single family properties leasing between $1300 and $1600 each. We are actively looking for our 5th property. 

My father and grandfather built homes in south okc during the 70s and 80s so we do most of the remodeling or improvement ourselves. In the past we have only relied upon contractors for large items like heat/air and roofing. 

I am hoping to use this site to learn more about real estate investment and meet like minded experience individuals in the world of real estate.
