Hi, I'm Jack. I live in Paoli, PA. I have found a really sweet deal located in Berwyn, but am new to the process of economics, however, I am very experienced in fixing up houses. I am somewhat of a jack of all trades. I can do it all pretty much, except complex plumbing, electrical work - leave it to the pros. If there's a youtube video on it, I'll learn it!
