Hi all.

My name is David Goldman. I am a 28 year old CPA in Wyoming. I am in the processing of purchasing my first home. The lot contains two separate unit. The main house is 1,104 sq ft and 2 bed 2 bath. The second unit is 527 sq ft and 1 bed 1 bath. The smaller unit is in need of remodeling (new roof, new carpet, drywall, etc.). It is my goal to make the second unit rentable.

I will be on biggerpockets for knowledge about being a landlord and improving a distressed property.

-David
