Hello My name is Milton Ortiz I am 37 years old original from Ecuador I move to the states 18 years ago I live and work in Ronkonkoma Long Island NY.

I work in computers full time,  also have a small handyman construction company for last 10 years, i actually work for a flipper for the last 2 years ,so i can say i am familiar with what is involve in rehab .

I have been investing in real state back in my country for last 10 years , but i decide to bring some of the cash and start investing locally in my area.

my goal is to buy my first rental this year, and start getting cash flow so I don't have to be so depending of my work for the rest of my life.

Hope I can make new friends in my area of long island, with the same goals.
