Hey everyone. New from Vernon BC in Canada. My wife and I are looking to get into the business to support our newest family member Augustus! I currently work away from home to support them, my goals are to create a job that I love and keeps me close to my family.

We are looking to start buying good deals to renovate and turn over. We are really looking to stay in the first time home buyer range as that seems to have the highest turnover.  We would like to start small with one at a time in hopes the business will grow from there.
