Hello, my name is Jeff Friedman.  I have one property that I rent out and I am looking for more.  I'm especially interested in a buy and hold strategy and looking for insight on the best way to come up with funds for a down payment and finding properties to be purchased at a discount.  I'm excited about getting involved with the bigger pockets community.
