Hi there!

I have a little experience in real estate (bad decision to buy in  CA '04 that foreclosed in 13 and bought a foreclosure in Round Rock to live in, in '13). I'm heading back to school this August for a career change. Would like to get rolling in buy and hold investing to help cover my monthly bills as well as give a safety margin on debts I currently have.
