Hello BP, My name is Jonathan Luna I am a new real estate investor! Originally from Long Beach CA. I have been In Winston Salem 12 years now. I started investing with my first home, by renting out my 2 vacant rooms and extra bonus room to roommates. I have been fairly interested in real estate investing for the past couple years, but have now finally decided to fully commit to making real estate my way of living. My goal is to have my first property under contract by July 2016. I'm looking to invest in 2-8unit properties in Winston Salem and surrounding areas. After a couple months on BP this is finally my first post, I have been on here reading and educating on this awesome site! Hope to get to know and chat with everybody on here!
