Hi everyone! I just bought my first house in Ypsi, and I really love the idea of real estate as an avenue for financial independence. Plus, I'm addicted to house-flipping shows on HGTV, and can't get the thought out of my head, so I'd love to learn more about it. Also, I host pub trivia for a moonlight gig and also for fun :)
